If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- Click the 'Reset Password' button on the login page of the app.
- We’ll send a reset security code to your registered email.
- Enter the code into the app, and you’ll be able to create a new password.
If you don’t see an email from us in your inbox, it could be because:
- You’re using an incorrect email address;
- You misspelled your email;
- The email is in your spam folder;
Never share your password with others. If you suspect that someone may have learned your password, change it immediately. Remember, we will never ask you for your password, so please do not send or share your login information with anyone.
