How do I update my password?

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it anytime:

1. On the Change app login screen, tap Reset Password.
2. We'll send a one-time security code to your registered email address.
3. Enter the code in the app, then create and confirm your new password.

If you don’t receive the email, please check:

• You're using the correct, registered email address
• There are no typos in your email entry
• Your spam or promotions folder

Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect it has been compromised, reset it immediately. We will never ask you to send us your password, never!
