Enter the code into the app, and you’ll be able to create a new password.
If you don’t see an email from us in your inbox, it could be because:
- You‘re using an incorrect email address
- You misspelt your email
- The email is in your spam folder, as emails sometimes end up there
Never share your password with others. If you suspect that someone may have learned your password, change it immediately.
Remember that we will never ask you for your password, therefore, please do not send or share your login information with anyone.
