No. Never allow anyone to control your computer or phone for "support" or "trading help". Remote access tools can expose your passwords, 2FA codes, and wallet addresses.
Change will never ask for remote access, screen sharing, or your device passcode. If someone insists on installing software or sharing your screen to "set up" trading, it is likely a scam.
If this happens, close the session immediately and contact our support team through the app or at support@changeinvest.com.
