How to keep your account secure

At Change, your security is our highest priority. We are committed to keeping your assets and data safe, but your awareness and good security habits are equally important. By following a few simple steps, you can significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access and protect your funds from fraud.

Use a strong and unique password
Always use a password that is long, unique, and contains a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms. Change will never ask you for your password, and you should never share it with anyone. If you suspect that your password might be compromised, change it immediately within the app.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA)
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account. It ensures that even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without your unique verification code. You can enable 2FA directly in the Change app. We strongly recommend using an authenticator app rather than SMS for additional security.

Verify emails and links carefully
Phishing remains one of the most common ways scammers try to steal login credentials. Always check that emails come from an official Change address ending in @changeinvest.com. Avoid clicking on links in suspicious messages. Instead, open the Change app to access your account securely.

Keep your account and devices secure
Your device is the key to your Change account, so protecting it is essential. Always use a password or biometric lock on your phone, tablet, or computer, and keep your operating system and apps up to date. Software updates often include important security fixes that help prevent unauthorized access.

Avoid installing unknown software or browser extensions, and run regular antivirus scans to identify possible threats. Never share your login credentials, two-factor authentication codes, or screen access with anyone. Change will never ask for your password, PIN, or remote control of your device. If someone contacts you claiming to represent Change and requests this information, stop communicating and reach out to our support team immediately.
