How can I enable and reset my passcode?

It's vital to keep your funds and personal information secure to protect your account. One way we ensure this is through a mandatory 4-digit passcode.

Benefits of the passcode:

• Adds an extra layer of protection when logging into the app.
• Required to confirm withdrawal requests.

Updating your passcode: Updating your passcode is easy. Go to Settings > Update Passcode and follow the required actions in the app.

Resetting your passcode: If you’ve forgotten your passcode and need to reset it, contact our Customer Care team via the app or email us at support@changeinvest.com. Upon receiving your request, we will expire the current verification and disable the existing passcode, allowing you to set a new one.
