How can I enable and reset my passcode?

Keeping your funds and personal information secure is our top priority. For this reason, the Change app requires a mandatory 4-digit passcode.

Benefits of your passcode:

• Adds an extra layer of protection when logging in.
• Required to confirm withdrawal requests.

Updating your passcode:

1. Open the Change app and go to Settings > Update passcode.
2. Enter your current passcode, then choose and confirm a new 4-digit code.

Resetting your passcode:

If you forget your passcode, please contact our support through the app or at support@changeinvest.com. We'll expire the current verification and disable the existing passcode, allowing you to set a new one.
