How do I update my email address?

Currently, you cannot update your email address directly in the Change app.

If you wish to change your email address, please contact our Customer Care team through the app or email us at support@changeinvest.com with your request.

Once we receive your request and update your email, you will receive a confirmation.

In some cases, we may ask you to verify recent activity on your account by confirming your last 1–3 transactions (such as deposits, withdrawals, or trades).

Please ensure your request is sent from the email address currently registered with your Change account.
