How do I update my email address?

Currently, you can’t edit your email address in the Change App.

If you’d like to update your email address, contact our Customer Care team via the app or email us at support@changeinvest.com with a request for email update.

Once your request is received and your email updated, you will receive a confirmation.

Depending on the situation, we might as well request additional information before we update your email such as:

• Confirmation of the last 1-3 transactions (deposits, withdrawals, trades, etc.) made on your account.

Please ensure that the request is sent using the same email that is registered with your Change account.
