Can I edit my personal details?

Currently, you can update your personal information by sending a request through the Change app or by emailing support@changeinvest.com from your registered email address.

To update your data via the app:

1. Open the Change app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Send us a message.
3. Select the appropriate topic.
4. Describe the information you wish to update and submit your message.

Alternatively, you can email us directly at support@changeinvest.com with your request and details of the changes you want to make.

Depending on the update, we may ask you to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of address (showing your full name and current address)
• For name changes: marriage certificate or legal proof of name change, plus an updated ID card or passport
• Confirmation of recent account activity (e.g., 1-3 of your latest deposits, withdrawals, or trades)
