What do I need to verify my account?

To successfully verify your account, please provide the following:

1. Recent photograph (selfie).
2. Identification Document (physical passport or national ID).
3. Residential Address.
4. Make your first deposit.
5. The identification document required depends on your nationality and country of residence. Additional documents, such as a residence permit, may also be required. Note that a residence permit alone is not sufficient for ID verification but is considered a supporting document when needed.

Required documents based on nationality and residence:

• EU/EEA citizen residing in your country of origin: Physical Passport or National ID Card;
• EU/EEA citizen residing in another EU/EEA country: Physical Passport or National ID Card;
• Non-EU/EEA citizen residing in an EU/EEA country: Physical Passport and Residence Permit;
