What do I need to verify my account?

To verify your account, please complete the verification process in the app, which includes the following steps and documents:

1. Take a selfie in the app
2. Provide a valid identification document (physical passport or national ID card)
3. Enter your residential address
4. Make your first deposit

The type of identification document required depends on your nationality and country of residence. In some cases, we may also request a residence permit. Please note that a residence permit alone is not sufficient for verification but can be used as a supporting document.

Required documents by nationality and residence:

• EU/EEA citizen residing in your home country: Physical passport or national ID card
• EU/EEA citizen residing in another EU/EEA country: Physical passport or national ID card
• Non-EU/EEA citizen residing in an EU/EEA country: Physical passport and residence permit
