To verify your identity, we can accept a valid government-issued photo ID.
This can be one of the following:
- Passport
- National identity card
- Residence permit (for EEA residents only)
All documents must be valid, clear, and show your full name, date of birth, and photo.
We can't accept scanned copies, expired documents, or non-government IDs such as student or work cards.
Make sure the document you upload matches the information you entered in the app during registration.
