If your ID has expired or your personal details, such as your name, have changed, please contact our support team at support@changeinvest.com.
Our team will manually expire your current verification so you can reverify your account with updated information and a valid ID. This process ensures that your account remains fully secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Once your request is processed, you’ll be able to upload your new ID directly in the app.
Note:
If your name has changed, you will also be asked to provide proof of the name change in the form of an official document.
