Absolutely! Keeping your assets and personal information secure is one of our highest priorities.

We are committed to maintaining high security standards and continuously improving our controls, systems, and processes to protect our customers.

To safeguard crypto-assets, we work with trusted institutional partners and industry-leading custody providers, including Ledger Enterprise, Payward Trading and BitGo. These providers support secure custody arrangements using technologies such as cold storage and multi-signature wallets.

From June 12, 2026, customer crypto-assets are segregated through Stichting Change Custody, an independent foundation established to safeguard customer crypto-assets separately from Change’s own assets.

Change Securities B.V. is authorised and regulated by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). The company is authorised as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR) and as an Investment Firm under Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II).

Customer fiat funds are held in segregated client accounts, separate from Change’s own funds.

Additional security measures include two-factor authentication (2FA), biometric login options, and continuous transaction monitoring. We also work with trusted identity verification providers to support our customer verification and anti-money laundering procedures.
