Our operations are audited annually by Grant Thornton, one of the world's largest accounting networks, to ensure transparency and accountability. 

Change operates through two separate regulated entities:

• xChange AS (Estonia): provides crypto-asset services and is registered with the Estonian FIU under licence number FVT000072.
• Change Securities B.V. (Netherlands): provides investment services and is supervised by the AFM.

To ensure secure payments, we partner with leading European institutions specialising in serving regulated financial firms, such as LHV Bank. Client funds held by Change Securities B.V. are kept in segregated client accounts, separate from Change’s own assets at all times.

Additional security measures include two-factor authentication (2FA), biometric login options, and continuous real-time transaction monitoring. We partner with trusted verification providers Veriff for comprehensive KYC/AML processes.
