How do I make my first deposit?

Once we’ve verified your ID documents, you’ll need to make your first fiat deposit to complete your account verification.

Here’s how to make your first deposit:

1. Tap the green action button on the main screen.
2. Select ‘Deposit’.
3. You will see options for both crypto and fiat deposits. For fiat deposits, choose either card, bank transfer, or bank link.
4. Select bank transfer to see our banking details.
5. Add your unique reference starting with the letter ‘C’ in the payment description. This helps us verify your deposit and credit it to your Change account.

Please ensure your fiat deposits come from your personal bank account, as we cannot accept deposits from third parties, businesses, or payment providers. We only support EUR deposits; any other currency deposits will be refunded back to the beneficiary and will not be credited to your Change account.

Once your first fiat deposit is successful, you can deposit crypto and use your credit or debit card for additional fiat deposits.

SEPA bank transfers for the initial transfer may take up to 2 business days. Once we receive the deposit, we’ll process it within 2 business hours.
