How do I make my first deposit?

Once your ID documents are verified, you'll need to make your first fiat deposit to fully activate your account.

How to make your first deposit:

1. Tap the green action button on the main screen.
2. Select Deposit.
3. Choose between crypto or fiat deposits. For fiat, select card, bank transfer, bank link, or Apple Pay.
4. If you choose bank transfer, our SEPA banking details (IBAN, BIC) will be displayed.
5. In the payment description (reference), include your unique reference starting with "C" (e.g. C123456789) - this ensures your deposit is correctly linked to your Change account.

Important deposit requirements:

• Minimum first deposit of at least €10 is required to activate trading.
• Deposits must come from your own personal bank account opened in your name at an EEA financial institution. Payments from third parties, businesses, or payment providers cannot be accepted.
• Only EUR deposits are supported. Payments in other currencies will be refunded to the sender and won’t be credited.

Processing times and limits:

• SEPA bank transfers may take up to 2 business days for the initial deposit. Subsequent SEPA deposits typically arrive within minutes to a few hours.
• Once your bank transfer is received, deposits are processed and credited within 2 business hours.
• Additional fee-free fiat deposits via card, bank link, or Apple Pay are credited instantly, but are subject to a €1,000 conversion limit per 30 days until you complete at least one SEPA bank transfer.
