Who regulates Change?

Change operates through two separate regulated entities in the EU.

Crypto-asset services are provided by xChange AS, an Estonian public limited company (registry code 14428150) registered as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) with the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), licence FVT000072.

This FIU registration relates to anti-money-laundering obligations and is not a MiCAR licence.

Investment services are provided by Change Securities B.V., a Dutch company (KvK 50755854) supervised by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).

Both entities operate in line with applicable EU and national rules on financial services, consumer protection and anti-money-laundering requirements. Each service is provided solely by the entity responsible for that activity.
