What is a Proof of Payment?

A proof of payment is a document issued by your bank that confirms a payment has been made.

It can be a receipt (scan, photo, or PDF) or a screenshot from your online banking showing:

• Your details – your full name, account number, and your bank's name.
• Our details – Change Securities B.V. and the account number or IBAN to which the payment was sent.
• Date – the date the transfer was initiated.
• Amount – the exact amount sent.
• Reference – the payment reference (starting with “C”) included with your transfer, if applicable.

Providing a proof of payment helps us locate your deposit and credit it to your Change account more quickly.
