What are my deposit options?

Deposits at Change

You can deposit funds into your Change account using euros or selected cryptocurrencies.

SEPA bank transfers (EUR)

• Deposits can only be made from your own personal bank account.
• If your bank supports SEPA Instant payments, your deposit will usually arrive within a few minutes.
• Your first SEPA deposit is part of the account verification process.
• If your bank does not support SEPA Instant, the transfer may take up to two business days.
• SWIFT transfers in euros are not supported.
• Always include your unique reference number, beginning with the letter C, in the payment reference so we can identify your deposit.
• Before your first successful SEPA deposit and account verification, other deposit methods are available but are limited to €1,000 per month.
• At least one successful SEPA deposit is required before you can withdraw funds, as it links your personal bank account to your Change account.

Debit and credit card deposits (EUR)

• The card must be issued in your name.
• Minimum deposit: €10.
• Maximum deposit: €5,000 per transaction.
• Monthly limit: €5,000 (resets on the first day of each month).
• Deposits are processed instantly.

Apple Pay deposits

• Minimum deposit: €10.
• Maximum deposit: €1,000 per transaction.
• Monthly limit: €1,000.
• Deposits are processed instantly.

Cryptocurrency deposits

You can currently deposit the following cryptocurrencies:

• BTC
• ETH
• LTC
• XRP
• SOL
• TRX
• DOGE
• BCH
• ALGO

Deposits can only be made from wallets that belong to you. Please send only supported cryptocurrencies using the correct blockchain network. Sending unsupported cryptocurrencies or using an unsupported network may result in the permanent loss of your funds.
