What are my deposit options?

Deposits at Change

You can deposit both EUR and select cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDC (ERC-20), LTC, XRP, SOL, TRX, DOGE, BCH, ALGO.

Euro SEPA deposits (bank transfers)

• Deposits must be made from your personal bank account.
• If your bank supports instant SEPA payments, funds typically arrive within minutes. However, your first SEPA deposit is part of account verification and will be processed manually during working hours. 
• If instant payments are not supported, deposits may take up to 2 business days.
• We do not accept euro deposits via SWIFT transfers.
• Always include your unique reference number, starting with ‘C’, in the payment description to help us match your deposit to your account.

Even though all other deposit methods are available before your first successful SEPA deposit and full verification, all deposits are limited to €1,000 per month. After completing a SEPA deposit, only the limits below will apply to each deposit method. Without a SEPA deposit, you will not be able to withdraw your funds, as SEPA is required to link your personal bank account to your Change account. 

Euro card deposits (debit or credit Cards)

• Card must be issued in your name.
• Limits: €5,000 per transfer and €5,000 per month (reset on the 1st of each month).
• Minimum deposit: €10.
• Deposits are instant.

Apple Pay deposits

• Limit: €1,000 per transfer.
• Deposits are instant.

Crypto deposits

• Supported cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDC (ERC-20), LTC, XRP, SOL, TRX, DOGE, BCH, ALGO.
• Please do not deposit other ERC-20 tokens as they are not supported.
• Deposits must be sent from your own external wallets.
• Without at least one successful SEPA deposit, only buying and selling are available.
