Here are some of the most common reasons why your deposit might have been refunded:
- Deposit from a Third-Party account: We cannot accept funds from third-party accounts. Always ensure the deposit is sent from your own bank account.
- Deposit sent via SWIFT: We only accept SEPA deposits. If you sent a SWIFT deposit, we’ll have to return your funds.
- Missing Customer Reference Number (C******): Your reference number in the payment description helps us identify you. Without this information, we may be unable to credit the deposit to your account, and the funds will be sent back.
- Name Change: If the name on your bank account does not match the name registered with your Change account, the deposit may be considered as coming from a third-party and will be refunded.
