Here are some of the most common reasons why your deposit may have been refunded:
- Deposit from a third-party account We cannot accept funds sent from accounts not registered in your name Please ensure all deposits are made from your own bank account
- Deposit sent via SWIFT We only accept SEPA deposits If you sent funds via SWIFT we will have to return them
- Missing Change reference number (C-xxxxx) Your unique reference number in the payment description is essential for identifying your deposit Without it we may be unable to credit your account and the funds will be returned
- Name mismatch If the name on your bank account does not match the name registered with your Change account the deposit will be considered as coming from a third party and refunded
