My account is closed, how do I reopen it?

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened by customers.

However, if you have requested account closure and now wish to reopen it, please send your request to support@changeinvest.com, including the reason for the previous closure and the purpose of reopening.

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee your account will be reopened.
