My account is closed, how do I reopen it?

As per our Terms & Conditions, once an account is closed, it cannot be re-opened by our customers.

However, if you requested to close your account and now wish to have it re-opened, please send your request to support@changeinvest.com and specify the reason for the previous account closure and the purpose of re-opening.
