At the moment, updating your personal information is only possible by sending a request through the app or by emailing us at support@changeinvest.com.
To update your data, please follow these steps:
- Go to the App.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select 'Send us a message'.
- Choose the Appropriate Topic.
- Send us a message detailing the information you need to update.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@changeinvest.com with the details of the information you need to update. Please ensure that the request is sent using the same email registered with your Change account.
We may ask you to provide one of the following documents, depending on the information being updated:
- Proof of address with your Full Name.
- In case of a name change, a marriage certificate or proof of separation, in addition to an updated ID card or passport.
- Confirmation of the last 1-3 transactions (deposits, withdrawals, trades, etc.) made on your account.
