How can I withdraw money to my Bank account?

To withdraw funds from your Change account to your bank account, please follow these steps:

1. Tap the green action button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select Withdraw from the menu.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum €10), choose the IBAN to which you want to withdraw, and tap Next.
4. Confirm the withdrawal using your 4-digit passcode.

Please note:

• Withdrawals can only be sent to a bank account (IBAN) that you have previously used to deposit funds into your Change account.
• For security and regulatory reasons, additional verification may be required for certain withdrawals
