As a Change investor, how can I participate in shareholder meetings?

Annual general meetings of shareholders usually take place every summer. These meetings are carried out without physical attendance.

If you directly own shares of Change, then you’ll receive the draft resolution via email. You can vote by replying to the email and marking the respective boxes under every item in the draft resolution. The adopted resolution will also be shared via email.

If you own share units of Change that are trading on Funderbeam platform, then you’ll be notified by Funderbeam when the voting opens and the draft resolution is made available. The adopted resolution will also be posted on the platform under the “Updates” section.
