What to expect
- We will confirm receipt of your complaint within 10 working days.
- We aim to provide a final response within 20 working days.
If you disagree with our final response
If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may be able to escalate your complaint to the Dutch Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid), where applicable.
You may also contact the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) regarding regulatory matters.
