Why can't I withdraw money from my Margin available balance?

Depending on your open positions, you can always withdraw money from your Margin available balance, except when you have at least one margin leverage open position. Close the leverage position to be able to transfer money from the margin available balance. 

Holding Stocks* position(s) will not prevent you from transferring money from your margin balance.
