There are a few reasons why your Change card may have been declined:
- The merchant does not accept cards related to crypto platforms - Some merchants do not accept cards tied to crypto platforms and unfortunately, we cannot overrule that, as it is the merchants decision
- Your selected Spend or Fallback balance is insufficient to complete the transaction - You need to select a balance with enough funds for you to be able to pay with the card
- You’re trying to pay with contactless payment method, but this feature has not yet been activated - You need to make at least one transaction with chip and pin to activate contactless payments
