Here are some of the most common reasons why your card was declined:
- Merchant restrictions: Some merchants do not accept cards linked to crypto platforms. Unfortunately, we cannot override the merchant's decision.
- Insufficient balance: Ensure your selected Spend or Fallback balance has enough funds to complete the transaction.
- Contactless payment activation: To activate contactless payments, you must make at least one transaction using the chip and PIN method.
- Unconfirmed payment: If you have not confirmed the payment in the app, the transaction will fail.
We recommend enabling push notifications in your device's settings to receive alerts when a transaction requires confirmation.
