If you don’t see a transaction in the list, it is because we didn’t receive a debit request from the merchant to authorise a transaction. This means that the merchant most likely did not accept your card.
In that case, you’ll also see an error when attempting a payment with the card. This can be due to the cards associated with crypto platforms not being widely accepted everywhere yet.
