You may sometimes see multiple charges for the same transaction on your card. It may happen by mistake on the merchant’s side or due to a technical error. Please check the status of the transactions.
If the transactions are still pending, there’s nothing that can be done. It’s possible that you’ll be charged once, and the extra charge will be released automatically. It could take up to 7 days for a pending transaction to be released back into your card balance.
If there are several transactions with transaction status completed but you’ve received a product or service just once, go ahead and contact the merchant and explain the situation.
