When ordering your Change Card, please ensure your delivery address is accurate before confirming your order. Once confirmed, changes to the delivery address will require us to re-issue a new card for you, which will increase the delivery time.
If you have recently changed your residence address after already receiving a Change Card, please contact our Customer Care team through the app or by emailing us at support@changeinvest.com with a request to update your residence address. This way, you can rest assured that upon the expiration of your current card, the new one will be shipped to the correct address.
