When ordering your Change card we highly recommend you to check your delivery address, before confirming your order. In case you need to make any changes please contact our support team via the app or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, please note that we can’t change the delivery address once you confirm your order, and we might need to re-order a new card for you, considering the previous card as lost.
Please be informed that re-ordering a new card in any case costs €4.95, unless the previous card has expired.
