If your card is lost or stolen, the first thing to do is to block your card for security reasons.
You’ll then be able to order a replacement card right away by contacting our support team via the app or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A fee of €4,95 will be applied for replacing your card, and the estimated time of delivery will be provided by the support agent once your order has been placed.
