How can I change the name on my card?

Please ensure that your name on your Change account is spelled correctly, as it will be printed on your debit card as well.

We cannot issue a card with a name different from the one on your account.

• The name on the card cannot exceed 21 characters, including spaces. If you have more than one given name and your full name exceeds this limit, please use the name that best suits you.
• Any characters in your name that cannot be printed on the card will be automatically converted to their Latin equivalent(s).

If you have recently changed your surname or given name, please contact our Customer Care team through the app or email us at support@changeinvest.com with a request to update your name. Additionally, it would be beneficial to attach the supporting documents for the name change. This will ensure a quick and straightforward details update.
