What is a Margin balance?

Margin balance is the balance that you can invest in margin instruments and stocks*. This balance is different from your Investment balance. 

Before you can open a margin position, you must ensure that your Margin Balance is at least €10. 

Here’s how you can add funds to your Margin Balance: 

1. Tap on ‘Portfolio’ in the main screen
2. Tap on ‘Euro’ to see all your balances
3. Tap on ‘Margin’ to open your Margin balance
4. Tap on ‘Transfer’ and proceed

Your margin balance is divided into 3 categories of funds: 

Available - Free funds available to open new positions 

Total allocated - The sum of all funds currently invested in open positions

Equity - The sum of your Available and Total allocated funds
