At the moment, it's only possible to update your personal information by sending a request to us via the app or emailing us at email@example.com.
To update your data, we may ask you to provide us with one of the following documents based on what information is being updated:
- A photo/selfie with your ID document and today's date
- Proof of address with your full name
- In case of a name change, a marriage certificate or proof of separation is required, in addition to an updated ID card or passport
- Confirmation of the last 1-3 transactions (deposits, withdrawals, trades, etc.,) made on your account
Please note that the request should be sent using the same email that is registered with the Change account
