How do I download my Transaction History?

We’re pleased to inform you that you can now download your account statement directly from the app with just one click.

Here's how to download your account statement:

1. Go to the App.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Select 'Transaction Statement'.
4. Confirm your request.

You will receive confirmation that your statement will be delivered within a few hours. Please note that we only provide account statements in Excel format.

Alternatively, you can still request an account statement by contacting our Customer Care team via the app or email us at support@changeinvest.com.
