If you notice charges on your card that you do not recognise, please take the following steps:
- If you know the merchant and have purchased goods/services from them, it's possible you were charged more than once by mistake or due to a technical issue. Contact the merchant directly to explain the situation. They should be able to rectify the issue for you.
- If you do not recognise the Merchant or have not used your card:

- Immediately block your Change card.
- Notify your local authorities (police) and inform us via the app or email at support@changeinvest.com. We will fully cooperate with any request from your local authorities.
If you need to order a new card, please follow the steps below or contact our Customer Care team at support@changeinvest.com and our agents will order a new card for you:
- Launch the Change app on your device.
- Navigate to the Card Section by tapping on the "Card" icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
- Complete the phone number verification process.
- Read and Agree to the Terms of Use, then tap "Order Card".
- Verify that your address is correct and tap "Confirm".
- Read the fee briefing details and tap "Proceed".
