- Let us know the names, dates, and exact amounts of all unrecognised charges
- In addition, please confirm if:
- You have recently lost your card
- You have ever shared your PIN
- You have used your card online
- You have let someone borrow your card
We'll work with CONTIS to ensure that your dispute is handled quickly should unauthorised charges be proven.
