Here are some of the most common reasons why your deposit might have been refunded:
- We received your deposit from a third party account - If that’s the case we won’t be able to accept the funds. Be sure to send the deposit always from your own bank account
- Your deposit was sent via SWIFT - We can only accept SEPA deposits - if you sent a SWIFT deposit, we’ll have to return your funds to the transaction sender.
- Your payment came in without your Change reference number (C-xxxxx) in the description - Having your reference number in the payment description helps us identify you
Without this information we may be unable to credit the deposit to your account and the funds will be sent back.
