There are a few reasons why you may find that your deposit has been refunded. Here are some most common mistakes to avoid:
- We received your deposit from a third party account - If that’s the case we won’t be able to accept the funds. Please send the deposit from your own bank account
- Your deposit was sent via SWIFT - We can only accept SEPA deposits - if you sent a SWIFT, we’ll have to process a refund
- Your payment came in without your Change reference number (C-xxxxx) in the description - Having your reference number in the payment description helps us identify you
Without this information we might be unable to credit the deposit to your account and the funds will be sent back.
