Why should I convert my CNG to shares?

Owning CNG or owning Change shares gives you similar rights although there are different instruments. One of the main differences is that as a shareholder you have the right to participate in the shareholders meetings and vote on resolutions.

As a Change shareholder:

• You will have the same equity upside you have with CNG
• You will have all the same voting rights as all other shareholders, since Change only has one share class.
• You can buy and sell additional share units from the Funderbeam platform for euros
• You get the rights to the profits of the company the same way as you have with the CNG token
