Why is Change converting CNG to company shares?

Converting CNG to shares concludes our promise to our investors to make them fully and legally part of our company and success.

While CNG, as a convertible note agreement, gives the investor the same upside to equity as regular shares, it does not give the holder all the same rights as a share of the company. All CNG holders starting from 31.03.2022 have the option to convert their CNG to Change Group share or share unit.
