Who can order a Card?

We are pleased to offer our customers a convenient, sleek, and cost-effective Visa Debit Card.

You are eligible to apply for a Change Card if:

• Your Change Account is fully verified.
• Your residence address is currently in any of the EEA Member States (please note, Change Cards cannot be shipped outside the EEA).
• You have a free balance of €5 in your Change Account to cover the Card Order Fee.

If you meet these criteria, you may order a Change Card without any issues.
