How do I order my card?

Ordering your Visa debit card through the Change app is quick and easy. Before you start ordering the Card, ensure your EUR balance has €5 available to cover the Card Ordering Fee.

Here’s how you can do it:

1. Launch the Change app on your device.
2. Navigate to the Card Section by tapping on the "Card" icon located at the top left corner of the screen.
3. Complete the phone number verification process.
4. Read and Agree to the Terms of Use, then tap "Order Card".
5. Verify that your address is correct and tap "Confirm".
6. Read the fee briefing details and tap "Proceed".

Congratulations! Your card will be shipped to your address on the next business day and will be delivered within the next 14 to 30 days.

Note: Regrettably, we do not offer tracking service for the card shipment. If you have not received the card to the indicated address within 30 days, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care team via the app or email us at support@changeinvest.com.
