How do I order my card?

You can order your Visa debit card right on the Change app.  Here’s how:

1. Open Change app
2. Tap on the ‘Card’ icon at the top left corner of the screen
3. Add funds - your EUR balance should have at least 5 EUR
4. Verify your phone number
5. Read and agree to the terms of use and tap ‘Order Card’
6. Check if your address is correct and tap ‘Confirm‘
7. Read the fee briefing and tap ‘Proceed’

You're all done. Your card will be shipped to your address on the next business day.
