What do I need to verify my account?

To successfully verify your account, here’s what you need:

• Recent photograph (selfie),
• Identification document (passport or national ID)
• Residential Address
• Make your first deposit

The Identification document required depends on your nationality and country of residence. Therefore, additional documents such as your residence permit or proof of address document may be required. 

Note that a residence permit itself is not sufficient for ID verification but is considered as a supporting document when required. 

The following documents are required depending on your nationality and country of residence. 

• Passport or national ID card if you are an EU/EEA citizen residing in your country of origin
• Passport or national ID card, and proof of address (POA) document if you are an EU/EEA citizen residing in another EU/EEA country

Passport and residence permit if you are a non-EU/EEA citizen residing in an EU/EEA country
