How can I withdraw money to my Bank Account?

To withdraw money from your Change account to your Bank Account, follow these steps:

1. Tap on the green action button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select ‘Withdraw’ from the menu.
3. Enter the withdrawal amount (minimum €10) and choose the IBAN to which you wish to withdraw your funds.
4. Tap 'Next'.
5. Confirm the withdrawal using your 4-digit passcode.

Please consider the following before you withdraw fiat:

• Withdrawals can only be processed only to an IBAN from which you have previously deposited funds.
• The monthly withdrawal limit is €15,000, which includes withdrawals in crypto, euros, and Change card payments. Your available withdrawal limit will be displayed on the withdrawal screen as well.

If you are interested in increasing your withdrawal limits, you may be eligible to complete a Face-to-Face verification process.
