How can I make a Crypto Withdrawal?

You can withdraw the following crypto-assets from Change: BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, LTC, MATIC, USDT, USDC, DOGE, ALGO, TRX, and BCH.

Here's how to Withdraw a Crypto-Asset from Change:

1. Tap the green action button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select ‘Withdraw’ from the menu.
3. Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw (ensure it is available in your portfolio).
4. Enter the withdrawal amount and the destination wallet address.
5. Confirm the withdrawal using your 4-digit passcode.

Important Considerations:

• For ETH, USDC, and USDT withdrawals, use the ERC-20 network only to avoid funds loss, as these assets only support ERC-20 smart contracts on our platform.
• Network fees apply and vary based on network activity. These fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount. If fees are high, consider waiting for a more favourable fee structure.

In addition to the Network Fees, Change charges a withdrawal fee specific to each asset:

• For BTC: 0.0003 BTC
• For ETH: 0.006 ETH
• For LTC: 0.03 LTC
• For USDC: 11 USDC
• For USDT: 11 USDT
• For XRP: 4 XRP
• For ALGO: 0.8 ALGO
• For BCH: 0.005 BCH 
• For DOGE: 8 DOGE
• For MATIC: 27 MATIC
• For SOL: 0.05 SOL
• For TRX: 15 TRX
