Whether you forgot your password or simply want to change it, the actions are the same.
When logged out of the Change application:
- Click Login
- Tap Forgot Password
- Open the Email or Text
- Copy the Unique code
Please note, entering the wrong email will never result in a password change or an email being received for this request.
If you've forgotten your email address you must contact customer support and provide any information requested by our support team.
