If you're able to log into your account, you can disable this from the settings menu in the Change app

Can't log in? Send a request for 2-Factor Authentication to be disabled to [email protected] with the following criteria:

  1. Please use the email address on your account
  2. Please write the subject: 2FA disable request
  3. Please include a picture of the ID document you joined with
