💸 In some cases we must refund the received money instead of depositing on your Change wallet:

  • The sender name is missing or does not match owner of the Change account
  • Reference number is missing from description and we are not able to recognise the account owner
  • Required verification document is missing

We run another check on every customer’s verification before depositing the first payment, so we may contact you if something is missing 👌
